Description | Twelve old men. Drunken Poets. Scroll painting. Attributed to Tang Yin Tang Yin 唐寅 (1470-1523 CE)but much later. Silk is brittle, probably chemically treated at spots or patches. The faces all are well preserved and their color looks new which casts doubts on the authenticty of the aged look of the silk. Seals illegible. |
