Description | Plain red, white and blue striped cotton cloth. Supplemantary weft zig zag brocade. Knotted and tasseled fringes. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 30 epi, single, Z twist, white cotton. Weft: 22 ppi, single, white cotton. Two singles, red cotton. Four singles, Z twist, blue cotton. Supplementary weft is two faced. Balanced plain weave. Woven on a backstrap loom." |
