Description

Fourth rank military officer's tiger square. Peking knot with couched white outlines, on dark satin. Greek fret border. The bottom edge has the 立水 li shui ('standing water') design denoting deep water. Based on stylistic similarity and the 立水 li shui design, this is likely from the Xianfeng Period (1851-61 CE) or later.
