Description | Similar to 1379 and 1380; crescentic blade at angle to axis of handle which is snake-shaped; red and black seed eyes; incised diamond-hatching on body; wood stained or burned on dorsal and lateral surface; ventral mostly light color; oval brass plate, notched for tang insertion; small heart-shaped brass bangles on wire loops through spiral blade tips. "Rice cutter." |
