Description | Cotton, two pieces sewn together, red ground with lavender stripes, bird and flower designs. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 68 epi, 2 ply, multicolored cotton. Weft: 24 ppi, 2 singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp faced plain weave. Supplemental weft: double faced. 2 panels - 4 selvedges each. Made on a backstrap loom." |
