| Description | Pine root splints for vertical and horizontal warps; bird-cage weave with direction of stitch changed from row to row to overcome the usual slant of the warp. Open weave. Quadrangular, tapering to small base. Has edge finished with loop and strong loop for strap at each upper corner. |
