Description

Dagger. Recurved double-edged steel blade tapering to point. Wide shallow grooves and pronounced ridges on both faces. Upper part damascened in floral pattern. Tang inserted in two-piece ivory hilt with semi-circular top. Damascened band between two halves and strap terminating in animal head from side to top of blade. Gilded star-shaped studs.
