Description | All-purpose cloth; red cotton textile with thin silk thread embroidery stripe down center. Alternating colors: pale yellow, pale green, magenta, purple and kelly green; in four cm sections. A few supplementary weft motifs. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 54, 2 singles z-twist. Weft: 18 3 singles red. Supplementary weft: 2 faced. Made on a backstrap loom." |
