Description

Sword. Kampilan. Heavy sword with a long, straight single-edged blade, broadening slightly to point, which has an angled side with with a curved spur perforated by two rows of small round holes. Bifurcated wooden handle with long bunches of hair inserted along straight edge. Wood crossguard, decoratively carved. Grip bound with fiber cord, with two plaited peel rings - one light, one dark.
