Bronze reproduction of a dancing faun. On tiptoes, right foot forward. Left arm raised high, right arm extended outward, fingers at level of chin. Luxuriant, wavy beard and hair. Garland of acorns around head. Pair of small goat's horns sprout from forehead. Short tail. Naked. Rectangular base with molding around bottom. Inlaid palmettes on top of corners at front. Original found at Pompeii.
