Description

Purple and orange silk embroidery on red cotton ground woven with black stripe. Purple silk tassel on each corner.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 42 single ply, Z-twist, 2 strands, red and indigo cotton. Weft; 28 single ply, Z twist, 2 strands, red. Supplemental weft, purple silk, purple, orange green, blue, pink silk. Made on a backstrap loom."
