Description
Back of an eagle in center, above a square of buckskin. Beaded with blue, white tipis, on yellow ground, cut into strips below. Wrapped in red quill , finished with tinklers, pendants of blue stroud, eagle feathers. The center one quilled, feather tipped, two standards, of eagle feathers, quill strips. Ribbon tassels and bells, with bunches of hawk feathers at their base, knitted waist sash striped light and dark blue, green, and yellow.
