Description

Dark blue ground with 1/2" stripe in lighter blue near one selvedge. Supplementary weft brocading: animal figures in yellow, white, red and mauve cotton. Fringed at both ends.

As per Sigrid Meier (1997), "Warp: 34 epi three singles Z-twist dark blue cotton. Weft: 20 ppi six singles Z-twist dark blue cotton. Supplementary weft: two-faced. Plain weave, warp-predominant."
