Description

Very poor condition. Dark blue flannel backing for patterned cotton pocket. Flannel strap and border band at top of pocket with patterned cotton backing. Fringed woven beadwork square covers front except narrow border of translucent blue sewn beadwork, open design of same in translucent blue and opaque blue, green, yellow and pink on (top) border badn and blue edging beads. Strap covered with continuous piece woven beadwork fringed at both ends (all fringes end in wool tassels). Designs geometric with small diamonds, pink blue and black predominating on pocket; right-angle triangles and parallelograms, greater color variety on strap. Very little white "backgroudn" on strap, none on pouch, Sewn blue bead zigzag border on strap
