| Description | Elongated lanceolate iron blade with slight medial ridge on both faces. The grip is of the same piece of iron as the tang, being turned back parallel to the tang, then curved to form a 3/4 ring at almost a right angle to the tang and blade, the end being doubly recurved so as finally to be almost parallel with the blade. Thong plaited over grip. |
