Description | Shape: Cup with convex profile, and with two opposed pairs of small knobs at the rim. Fabric: Fine, pink (7.5YR 7/4) clay with decoration in reddish yellow (5YR 7/6) to reddish black (10R 2.5/1) paint and added white (poorly preserved) paint. Self-slipped. Decoration: Interior painted. Very schematized foliate band (FM 64) on exterior, composed of dots and bands, with one band above and three below. Added white paint: two thin bands on upper dark band; three thin bands on dark band below foliate band; two thin bands on lowest dark band. Resting surface unpainted but with black paint at edge. Condition: Restored from fragments. One sherd missing. Surface eroded. |
