Description

Fragment of red twill with brocaded band applied. Warp: \/ wool; blue, red.

Weft: \ wool; blue: Pat: \\ linen; ud.

Technique: Cloth, brocaded app to red / 2-1 weft twill.

Blue band has narrow red warp stripe on the edge. Heart-shaped petals. Same design as E 16816 but colors reversed.
