Description | Original Card: Flint implement - Large, almost triangular coup-de-poing. Re-worked perhaps recently. England, Suffolk, Bury St. Edmunds, 3 Pits. Age uncertain. Revised Card: Flint flake - Oval pointed. Large. Light yellow patination with bluish tinge. More recent frost fracture, with white patination, on one side. Reworked at very recent date on portion of lower face. Battered and iron stained on upper face. England, Suffolk, Bury St. Edmunds, 3 Pits. Palaeolithic. |
