Description

Very old, black broadcloth worn for alcaldes and regidores worn at great ceremonies. Ends and neck open, which are cut both ways, to leave four points bound with yellow silk ribbon. Center around neck is braided with the ribbon and set with sequins. Center lined with Scotch plaid. Moth holes, shows darns.
