Description

The light brown cord is a continuously twisted woody fiber (perhaps from the Agawe plant), the short dark brown cord, the end with the stone is a soft bast fiber. The stone is a piece cut from Tridacna shell. The loop, with which the finger holds the sling, consists of feather ends (hen or friagte bird feathers) which are fastened and wound around with dark grey bast fiber and light yellow creeper fiber. Coil of twisted fiber cord, with white, egg shaped piece of Tridacna shell and a fiber ring with feather shafts.
