Description

Woman's cloth for covering a basket. Red with blue, yellow and white compound and single stripes. Cut warp-wise.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 48 epi, three singles, Z twist, red, yellow, navy and white cotton. Weft: 14 ppi, three singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp faced plain weave. One panel, three selvedges. Woven on a backstrap loom."
