Description | Bird carving. Post-shaped. Eyes and hooked beak painted green. Flat top to head, protruding fore-head ridge. Head and trunk have traces of white except near base where carving seems unfinished and in back and part of one side where pieces of wood have been split off. The other side of figure has long U-shaped section cut-off. The base is very slanting and uneven. (Either detached from another section or unfinished.) |
