Description | Bone sticks, fretted, carved and encrusted with silver and gold. Guards carved, encused with silver and gold and underpaid with pink mother-of-pearl. Leaf of silk painted in gouche. In the center is a vignette of a young Rococo couple seated in an arbor surrounded by a convention border of crimson, gold and green spangles with leaves painted in green, and flowers in red and gold. At right and left are two medallions framed in spangles, each containing an altar on which are two flaming hearts |
