Description | Body-sherd from a closed vessel. Medium textured, red (2.5YR 5/6) to gray clay with light and dark inclusions, covered with pink slip, with decoration in red paint and added white paint. Possibly burnished. Handmade. Interior unpainted. Horizontal bands. Added white: thin bands on dark bands. Not closely datable. Not the normal Gournia fabric. |
