Description

Dress (Deel) part of wealthy married Halh woman's costume. Interior cotton or muslin. Exterior mostly blue Chinese silk, hemmed with black/gold fruit, purple/turquoise bands. Stiff upright padded shoulders, long sleeves and horseshoe cuffs; variable fabrics inc. red Tibetan silk. Brass ball buttons.
