Description | Two fragments found separately and subsequently glued together. Reddish-brown, fine-grained rock. Broken, midsection remains (with two or original edges). Ground on one surface only. Dark grey chert. Asymmetrical, double pointed. Proximal edge triangular in outline. Both surfaces flaked. Distal edge has finer retouch than proximal. Broken perpendicular to longitudinal axis; probably less than half remains (Half, I disagree -- I think most remains! CNM). |
