Description | Ornament cast. Original of jade. Long and slender with flat faces and one straight and one convex edge. One face and convex edge incised. Drilled from end to end; two minute perforations, edge to edge. Represents a man standing with arms crossed on breast; wearing beaded belt, maxtli, beaded anklets, large ear-disk with pendant, and high, pointed headdress ending in a serpent. Original in Museo Nacional de Arqueologia, Guatemala. |
