Description | Dark buff ware. Of rims and sides of vessels; one sherd is quite large; this one has a wide, flat top rim, decorated with incised lines in herring-bone design; another sherd has a hollow, oval rim, decorated with same design plus raised frog(?) figures at intervals; all sherds are decorated with raised figures of frogs(?) which are seperated by vertical raised lines marked with punctated horizontal dashes. |
