Description

Back of an eagle in center; "tail" of eagle feathers & quill-wrapped strip attached to painted parfleche foundation; side streamers of blue stroud bound w/ dotted red calico w/ magpie feathers; standards rising from bunches of hawk feathers dyed orange, have quill-wrapped strip set with sleigh bells and end in white fur, peacock pinnules, orange horsehair; waist sash knitted red, green.
