Lintel

On either side of the lintel, Ankhefenmut kneels adoring the names of King Siamun, which appear in the center. For much of Egyptian history, the king had five names: four throne names and the name he had received when he was born. Two of his names appear in the oval cartouches, while another of his names appears twice in the rectangular serekh. The feather standard held by the priest indicates that he is empowered to act on behalf of the king. Ankhefenmut was a Scribe, an Accountant of Cattle in the Temple of Ptah, and a Priest of Amun.
