Description

Boy's. Buckskin moccasins decorated with seed beads. The tops and sides are almost completely covered in blue beadwork with red and yellow geometric patterns. The soles are covered in alternating blocks of red, white, indigo, and yellow beads, surrounded by a strip of green. A few rows of beads are missing from the top of the left shoe, and both soles are missing several rows of beads. The buckskin around the ankles of each shoes is undecorated, but folds over and has been cut in a zigzag pattern to create triangular fringe. There is minor red staining on the tongues of boths hoes.
