Description | Small, round, sewn with thread. Lid, red and white with quills around side of lid-some missing. Small circles of crossed quills on top in black and white with red and white in center. Same circles in red and white spaced around side of box, label on bottom says: "Box made of birchbark and porcupine quillls. Made by an old Indian woman an 118 years of age...Sault St..." |
