Description | Both pendants are of ivory and are pointed teardrop shapes; (.1) is a solid yellowish color, (.2) has a central band from top to bottom that is very light colored. Typed card attached to objects reads: "Eskimo, Labrador. Nain Band. Ivory pendants for edge of woman's dicky. They not only rattle and swing for beauty but also act as weight for edge. Obtained from, Panline hunter of Nain Band. 1935, from Speck". |
