Description

Wide strip of buckskin, the edges cut in a zigzag pattern and three bands of red pigment just inside of the zigzags. The central portion has red and black feathers attached with strips of white fur above and below. Fur is cut into triangles over the red feathers. Along the lower edge are wooden strips with red feathers over top.
