Description | Striped lengthwise in red, black, white and green. Five narrow red stripes alternating with wider black and white bands of warp ikat. These are in three sections separated by thin green lines. Knotted fringe and a tassel at each end. As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp: 52 epi, two singles, Z twist, red, green, navy and white ikat cotton. Weft: 20 ppi, two singles, Z twist, red cotton. Warp faced plain weave." |
