Description | Wedding Perraje. Cotton and silk.Two panels joined with faggoting stitch. Brocade on warp faced ground, floats visible on reverse. Warp bands, geometric designs including diamonds, parallelograms, large jugs with two handles. In white ground purple, yellow, blue and red. Selvedges finished. warps bundled at ends. Silk tassels added. Good condition, some stains. Paper tag #7. |
