Description | Shape: Cup with convex profile, with one strap handle. Fabric: Fine, reddish yellow (7.5YR 7/6) clay with mottled red (10R 4/6) to black (N2.5/ ) paint and decoration in added white (10YR 8/2) paint. Decoration09:42 Band inside rim. Exterior painted except for center of handle. Added white paint: short diagonal lines insidelip; lines on top of handle; three thin bands on exterior below lip; three sets of triple plumes and one set of quadruple plumes on body; horizontal band on lower part of body. Resting surface unpainted. Condition: Restored from fragments. Some sherds missing. |
