Description | Fine bucchero kantharos. Low stemmed/flaring foot. Gently convex body with carination, tall straight-flaring rim. Upswung strap handles slightly indented along center. Vertical notches on carination, three incised horizontal lines around rim. Surface quite encrusted. Small white dots underneath foot may be from salt deposits. Crack along carination on one side, small chips at rim. |
