Description

Two panels sewn together, overcast stitch, white ground with green selvedges, brocaded in purple, animal and floral designs, neck opening embroidered.

As per Sigrid Meier, "Warp 50 epi, 3 singles, Z twist, white cotton. Weft: 23 ppi, 3 singles, Z twist, white cotton. Warp plain weave. Supplemental weft - 2 faced. 2 panels, 4 selvedges. Made on a backstrap loom."
