Helmut (of Jockey Type). Bronze. Two ear flaps, one of which is original. Helmet decorated around lower edge with broad rope pattern, above which are two narrow bands of ornamentation, which is increased at the back by the addition of lined triangles. Helmet is broken at top by severe blow which destroyed crest, if there was one. Helmet resembles that on MS1613.
