Description | Polacca Polychrome Ware canteen, short neck with narrow mouth, two handles at the mid-point of the body. Back of the canteen is painted red, front of the canteen is decorated two birds touching flowers without stalks. Band designs are prominent near the mouth of the vessel, in red and black. There is a terraced element above the band designs. |
