Description
Cape made from sea lion skin folded in half and sewn at the top. The upper edge has a horizontal opening for the head and vertical cuts made in the skin, just below both shoulders on one side. An arm hole is cut out on one side and the opposite side is open and cut into fringe. The lower edge is painted on one side in red and black. Two straps are inserted through holes on the open side of the cape in order to loosen or tighten it.
