Description | This contemporary artwork represents the continued life of African traditions in the Diaspora. The symbols of Candomblé—a Yoruba-inspired, South American religion—are written in steel on the other side of this wall. The artist Jorge Dos Anjos has dedicated it in honor of the orixas (deities) of Candomblé. |
