Ivory. Compare 29-93-3; this is less worn. Figures of four men in European costume; 2 are mounted, 2 on foot carry spears.

#134 printed on sticker; 38003 handwritten on sticker with 121 in different hand below; GBG and 121 handwritten in different places in white ink. All on inside of armlet.
