Plate XIII — Charcoal Drawing by a Student of the Pennsylvania Museum’s School of Industrial Art

PLATE XIII shows one of more than fifty charcoal drawings and water colours by the first and second year students of the Pennsylvania Museum’s School of Industrial Art which have been on exhibition at the University Museum. The School of Industrial Art is aiming to bring students into contact with Museums as early as possible in their course and thus work directly from originals rather than from casts or models.
