Select a Time
A one-hour admission window is allotted per timed ticket. Guests may enter the Museum at any time during that window and explore the galleries at their own pace.
Ways to Save
The Penn Museum is pleased to offer complimentary or discounted admission for the following groups. Tickets must be reserved with ID in person, and can not be reserved online.
Complimentary admission:
- PennCard holders (Penn faculty, staff, and students)
- Active U.S. military personnel and veterans
- Teachers
$2 admission for ACCESS and EBT card holders.
*Free Admission for teens and college students
- Teens (13-19) Tuesday-Friday, 3:00-5:00 pm; all day Saturday-Sunday, 10:00 am-5:00 pm. Walk up and mention birthdate, zip code, and the school you attend.
- College students Tuesday-Friday, 3:00-5:00pm. Walk up and show your college ID.
One Ticket, Two Museums
The Penn Museum and the Mütter Museum offer a Dual Admission Ticket to visit both museums at a reduced rate. The Dual Admission Ticket must be purchased in-person at either location and cannot be reserved online.

Community Library Pass
Library card holders in good standing can visit the Penn Museum with the Community Library Pass, which provides complimentary admission for 2 adults and any household children under the age of 18. Museum pass lending policies and availability vary by location, so please call or visit your library for more information.
